Lauren B. Yerkes, Psy.D.​

Dr. Lauren Yerkes received her Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University. She then attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale Florida, where she earned her Master's degree and doctorate in clinical psychology. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Indiana University's Counseling and Psychological Services and her post-doctoral residency at the University of Georgia's Counseling and Psychiatric Services. Dr. Yerkes then spent two years working as a staff psychologist and coordinator of the Eating Disorder Treatment Team at the University of North Florida's Counseling Center. She opened her private practice in 2013. In addition to her clinical work as a psychologist, Dr. Yerkes also serves as an adjunct professor in the Psychology department of the University of North Florida.
